End-User License Agreement for Software Product of MP3Studio

We use Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 (or more advanced versions) during run-time of the product. Please note that installation of the framework will be performed during installation of our product.

1. Software License Agreement

In this License, "the Product" means the software product "MP3Studio YouTube Downloader" that can be found at www.mp3.studio The given License is a legal agreement between you and MP3Studio for the Product. By proceeding to install the Product, and in consideration of your use of the Product, you are deemed to agree with the terms of this License. MP3Studio grants you a permission to use the Product only according to the terms of this License and your rights under this License will be suspended automatically without notice if you fail to satisfy the terms of this License.

The Product is intellectual property of MP3Studio and is protected by law. You admit that all intellectual property rights in the Product anywhere in the world belong to MP3Studio, that rights in the Product are licensed (not sold) to you, and that you have no rights in, or to, the Product except the right to use them under the terms of this License.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MP3STUDIO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, BUSINESS INFORMATION LOSS, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR OF INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.

• - Updates may be licensed to you by MP3Studio with additional or different terms but MP3Studio has no obligation to provide any updates.
• - We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website.
• - This License an agreement between you and us and supersedes any prior representations, undertakings or advertising relating to the Product and you admit that in entering into this License you have not relied on any statement, representation, advertising, assurance or warranty (whether made negligently or innocently) other than as expressly set out in this License.
