Initial Subscription
- Subscribers may be required to furnish documentation, including but not limited to evidence of applications submitted and absence of interview invitations, to validate the claim.

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the initial subscription.

Processing Time
- Upon successful validation of the claim, the refund initiation will be immediate. However, the reflection of the refund in your financial account may vary based on banking procedures and can take up to 10 business days.
Refund Initiation Process
To initiate a refund subscribers must formally communicate their intent by reaching out to our designated customer support team (mp3studio@hotger.com). The subscriber must comply with any additional steps or requirements as directed by the support team. The requisite documentation supporting the claim must be provided as stipulated, if asked so by our support team.
